Creating spaces where relationship leads the way.

Through facilitation, coaching and consulting I help individuals, couples, collaborators, and community-centered projects clarify purpose, strengthen communication, and create more intentional ways of working, relating, and building together.

Through relational sessions, collaborative consulting, and facilitated gatherings, Open Compass supports people in moving from disconnection and overwhelm toward greater awareness, alignment, and meaningful action.

Ways We Can Work Together

Program Design & Development

Co-designing workshops, gatherings, and intentional offerings rooted in purpose, values, and sustainability.

Facilitated Gatherings

How I Work

My work is relational, interdisciplinary, and collaborative. We begin by slowing down enough to understand what matters most — your purpose, your values, and the deeper WHY beneath the work. From there, we clarify, co-design, and develop practical next steps that feel aligned and sustainable.

About Aubrey

I’m a relational facilitator, program developer, and collaborative consultant. My work is shaped by lived experience as a mother, community member, and organizer, alongside formal study in communications, community organizing and Transformative Leadership. I help people and projects build with more clarity, connection and intention.

Mission

I create and hold spaces where people can gather, communicate, and grow in meaningful ways.

Vision

I envision a world where connection and interdependence are treated as essential to how we live, work, and build community.
