🌀 What is Pulse & Presence?
Pulse & Presence is a community-rooted movement experience that invites you to return to your body, your breath, and your people. This is not a performance. It’s a practice of being fully alive—together.
Through guided somatic movement, improvisational music, and shared space under open sky, we explore the arc of connection and disconnection:
from clarity to confusion, from presence to numbness, and back again.
This is for all of us—parents, artists, loners, leaders, seekers, beginners. Children are welcome. Imperfection is welcome. You are welcome.

Saturday, August 2nd – Movement in the Forest (Exact location TBA possibly Ferndale or Trinidad beach area)
Saturday, August 3rd – Movement in the Woods (Exact location TBA somewhere between Loleta and Trinidad)
⏰ Event length: approx. 1.5–2 hours, followed by optional social hangout
👣 Children, Family & Community Zone
This is a family-welcoming event—and we’re dreaming up a restful, creative space for children and caregivers to be nearby while still feeling included in the experience.
While we don’t have a fully staffed kids’ zone confirmed yet, we’d love to co-create one together with your help.
Here’s what would make it extra special:
Extra blankets, pillows, yoga mats for a soft rest zone
Thermoses of hot water, tea, or nourishing drinks to share
Simple snacks or fruits for communal nourishment
Coloring supplies, board games, card games bubbles, storybooks, or toys for downtime
A willingness to rotate and support one another so everyone can move, rest, and connect
Children are welcome to join the movement space if and when it feels right for them. This is a relational container—come as you are, and bring what you can.

This is not a solo production—it’s a collaborative weaving.
Artists, musicians, facilitators, photographers, videographers, and humans of all kinds are welcome to join in the creative ecosystem.
