Collaboration thrives where intention meets integrity.
The most meaningful work emerges when people come together with clarity, curiosity, and a shared commitment to building something thoughtful and aligned.
Open Compass collaborates with individuals, businesses, and community-based initiatives to co-design programs, gatherings, and projects rooted in purpose, communication, and relational awareness.
This work is not about applying a formula or offering external solutions.
It is about working together—asking better questions, developing shared understanding, and creating outcomes that are both meaningful and sustainable.
Relational Practice, Communication & Community Collaboration
Open Compass supports individuals, collaborators, and organizations in cultivating clearer communication, stronger relationships, and more thoughtful ways of working together.
Through facilitated dialogue, relational coaching, and community-centered program design, this work helps people explore how they communicate, how they listen, and how they participate in the relationships and systems they are part of.
Rather than offering prescriptive answers, these sessions and collaborations create space for curiosity, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Because at the foundation of nearly every challenge we encounter — personally, professionally, and socially — is the way we relate.

Relational Approach / About Aubrey
Everything is relationship.
We heal and grow through relationships, not in isolation.
My work is shaped not only by academia, but by lived experience as a community organizer, facilitator, and mother navigating the complexity of relationships in everyday life.
Alongside my background in communications and community organizing, I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Transformative Leadership at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
At the heart of this work is a simple recognition:
Healthy communities are built through thoughtful relationships.
When we slow down enough to listen, reflect, and stay curious with one another, new possibilities for collaboration and understanding begin to emerge.
