I am a relational facilitator, program designer, and community-based consultant with over 8 years of experience developing and leading collaborative, wellness-oriented programs and events.

My work focuses on strengthening communication, supporting collaborative leadership, and designing meaningful experiences that foster connection, clarity, and sustainable engagement.

I bring an interdisciplinary approach grounded in communication, systems thinking, and lived relational practice, helping individuals, teams, and communities move from ideas and tension into aligned, actionable outcomes.
